Founder story

Two decades of practice, woven into one path.

Ayesha brings more than 20 years of experience across non-profit leadership, adult education, organizational change, coaching, and equity-informed practice. The Purposeful Path is the integration of that work: a place where the threads of leadership, equity, communication, and conflict can be held together with the care they require.

Philosophy

Stay with what is real, long enough to find what is true.

Ayesha helps people and organizations hold up a mirror, stay with discomfort long enough to find clarity, and build practices that create sustainable change. The work is honest, paced, and steady. It treats discomfort as information, not as a problem to outrun.
